Vinyl covers can be applied to existing wood or aluminum bleachers for a fresh look and added durability. Perma-Cap® both protects and beautifies, helping your facility avoid total replacement of wood or aluminum bleacher seating. It also adds color and comfort and warmth by providing a permanent cap that fits tightly over
existing wood or aluminum planks. No more long hours of pre-season painting or sealing of wooden bleachers.
Installation: Perma-Cap® Vinyl bleacher covers are sold in boxes of 6 covers available in 3 standard sizes; covers may need to be cut to fit upon installation. Covers must be combined with end caps for all installations. Joint covers will be required to cover any occurring seams. Covers are designed to fit tightly over metal planks; when applying covers to wooden planks, slotted covers should be specified at the time of purchase and additional hardware will be need for installation. Set Up Fee: Outdoor Perma Cap carries set up fee as per the product size. In order to eliminate the set-up fee, you need to purchase minimum boxes of the product in the same size:
- 12’L - 14 boxes
- 16’L - 11 boxes
- 18’L - 10 boxes
